Process
After understanding the company's needs and expectations, I designed an application based on the problem-solving frameworks and created a low-fidelity prototype. I ran user testing and the feedback to refine the design. Subsequently, I created a high-fidelity prototype.
Heuristic Usability
• Flexibility and efficiency of use: I found that on a home page, there is no NEED HELP section for users so it may be a solution to convince users not to give up in the first place and leave the website. Therefore, I created a NEED HELP on the main page as a solution.
• Aesthetic and minimalist design: There are a lot of sections in the menu bar and a lot of different documentation on the first page so the solution is I have to redesign this home page in a minimal design page which is more useful and simpler to recognize. This would be more practical for users.
